Return Policy

Free Domestic Shipping and Free Returns


Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged - in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery, unfortunately it will not be able to be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (usually takes up to 48 hours upon receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that depending on your credit card company, refunds can take an additional 2 - 10 days for the credit to be posted on your account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@anaetcarol.com, we will be more than happy to assist.

"Final Sale"  (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately "final sale" items cannot be refunded.

Quick and Easy Exchanges (if applicable)
Love your purchase but need in a different size? We're happy to exchange if we still have the item in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we'll ship you your new item right away-but we will have to charge you for the purchase, and upon receipt of the original item, we will credit you for the cost of that item. Please send us an email at customerservice@anaetcarol.com to start the process.

Shipping
To return your product, please submit an email requesting a return shipping label free of cost to: customerservice@anaetcarol.com; please include your order number, product name, reason of the return and shoe size, we will provide you with a USPS pre-paid shipping label to return the product to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
